The room featured built-in USB charging ports in the nightstand, a nice touch, made charging devices easy. Spacious and very clean accommodations ensured a restful stay with no noise disturbances.
The breakfast experience lacked some consistency. Options weren't fully replenished during busy periods, which led to long waits for items like biscuits and fruit. The check-in process was smooth, but the management could improve weekend staff coordination to ensure efficiency in dining areas. The overall location felt more Archdale than High Point, not what I expected.

The complimentary breakfast was the best I've had, with a great variety every morning until 10:00 am. We loved the fresh cookies in the lobby and the friendly staff. The location was perfect for visiting nearby Furnitureland South and Emerald Point Water Park.
One minor downside was that the toilet handle in our room was broken, which caused some inconvenience .

The room was fine. It was clean. It was pretty comfortable .
I gave a cc # to make reservations. The web site said it would not be charged, it was. 2 hrs before I arrived. Then was charged again at 2am for over 50$. Ughhhhh!

I liked the location and the bed was very comfortable. I like the breakfast and it was very quite.
As far as the hotel itsself, I thought the double beds were very small. It says the room is good for 3 people (which is how many we had). Obviously with 3 people 2 would be sharing a bed and the beds were great for one person but too small for 2 people to sleep together comfortably. The biggest problem though was after I checked out and I checked my bank account. I had a $50.00 reserve (which I was not advised of when I checked in verbally) which ok fine that comes off you account, so they say, after 3-5 business days. However, I stayed 2 nights and the total on my receipt shows $180.88, however when I checked my bank account they charged $208.01. I then called back and spoke with a gentalman names Ricky and I asked him about the charges his response was "hmm I dont know what that is I show it was $180.88". I said well it shows $208.01, he then tries to say maybe it was the booking company I went through (which as we know book.com doesnt charge us the hotel does). I said to him no it was not the booking company it says Hampton Inn just the same as the $50.00 charge you said you did do. So he says "I have no idea what that is for", I asked what I could do about it and he says "I dont know". He never offer to look into it and didnt advise me of maybe another department to talk to. Needless to say, I will be contacting corporate about it, in the mean time I had to call my bank and dispute the charge.

The woman who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast are needs to be redesigned. Very crowded and had people reaching around each other constantly to get to food or utensils.

Just a nice choice for a speedy visit in Archdale with good price value. The night clerk was friendly and helped us with a small issue we had. Consider asking for extra towels upon check-in.

Gave our guest an extra card to get back inside of building from pool for restroom privileges, the pool also was very clean and private off of main roads.
